SKYWARD EQUITY PARTNERS HAS COMPLETED ITS ACQUISITION WITH THE PURCHASE OF L.A. Metal Buildings Ltd.

Edmonton, Alberta – Skyward Equity Partners (“Skyward”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of L.A. Metal Buildings Ltd. (“L.A. Metal Buildings”). The transaction, which closed on March 30, 2023, is the first investment from Skyward’s inaugural private equity fund.
For over thirty years, L.A. Metal Buildings has been delivering quality, cost effective self-framing metal buildings to its customers. Headquartered in Edmonton, the company services clients throughout Alberta in industries ranging from oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, and more. Many of L.A. Metal Buildings’ projects are customized to meet the needs of its end users, and the company prides itself on its longstanding commitment to service.

Skyward is continuing to seek acquisition opportunities in the industrial space and anticipates announcing its second acquisition shortly. The fund’s second acquisition is expected to generate immediate synergies with L.A. Metal Buildings, and Skyward will continue pursuing opportunities to add value to L.A. Metal Buildings both organically and through acquisition.
